肺肿瘤的病理影像学文献版

转载自心胸影像论坛 　　对于良恶性鉴别已经有几个模型，通常认为年龄大、肿块边界清楚、有毛刺、结节较大及缺乏钙化增加恶性可能性。这几个诊断模型把良性病变与恶性病变各作为一类进行比较，在病理与影像学上存在一个明显的缺点，就是良性病变组内的差异非常大，良性肿瘤与炎症性病变的许多形态特征被淹没在笼统的统计数据之中，因此强烈建议影像上的鉴别诊断紧密联系病理类型。
