A38-year-oldwomanpresentedwithacuteabdominalpain.Herhistoryincludedbariatricgastricbypasssurgery(3yearsprior),hysterectomyforuterineleiomyomas(5yearsprior),andpulmonarythromboendarterectomyforchronicthromboembolicpulmonaryhypertension(7yearsprior).Shehadrecentlyundergoneovarianstimulationforin-vitrofertilization.
